ON-LINE “SDG Portal for Italy”, ideato da AICCRE per monitorare, condividere, sviluppare gli Obiettivi
E’ on-line dal 23 ottobre ottobre SDG Portal for Italy, il primo portale italiano in grado di fornire lo stato dell’arte sullo sviluppo sostenibile urbano.
Il Portale italiano, ideato da AICCRE e sviluppato nell’ agreement di Platforma con la Commissione europea, presenta gli indicatori SDG a livello locale, ed è il risultato della partnership tra AICCRE, la Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM), la Bertelsmann Stiftung e l’Associazione nazionale degli enti locali tedeschi Deutscher Statetag (DST).
L’obiettivo generale è quello di rafforzare la collaborazione tra enti di diversa natura, mettendo a servizio della comunità gli esiti delle analisi congiunte, nello spirito del Goal 17 dell’Agenda 2030.
Uno dei punti di forza del nuovo portale è che esso presenta gli indicatori SDG sviluppati in ciascuna delle città italiane capoluogo di provincia e mostra a quale livello è stato sviluppato ciascuno dei 17 SDGs di dell’Agenda ONU 2030.
Nelle intenzioni dell’AICCRE il Portale SDG è mezzo per: coinvolgere attivamente le città e la cittadinanza nel processo di definizione strategica degli SDG e nel monitoraggio dei risultati raggiunti; fornire agli amministratori locali uno strumento di monitoraggio delle azioni intraprese in linea con l’Agenda 2030; creare un luogo di scambio di buone pratiche tra le città italiane e sviluppare azioni di partnership tra i governi centrali e locali, il settore privato, il settore della ricerca e il terzo settore per raggiungere obiettivi urbani comuni.
Il Portale SDG non si fermerà alla realtà italiana e tedesca: il portale è già Portale Globale SDGs che comprenderà a breve il Regno del Marocco, ma che sarà aperto a tutte le città del mondo per sviluppare attività di cooperazione decentrata con i paesi in via di sviluppo con l’obiettivo comune di costruire un mondo sostenibile.
All’evento di presentazione del 23 ottobre parteciperanno, tra gli altri, rappresentanti del Ministero dell’Interno italiano e Regno del Marocco, Stefano Bonaccini, Presidente AICCRE e CEMR, Carla Rey, Segretario generale dell’AICCRE, rappresentanti di UNDP, della Commissione europea e Associazioni nazionali di enti locali.

The SDG Portal for Italy, the first Italian portal able to provide the state of the art on sustainable urban development, has been online since 23 October.
The Italian Portal, conceived by AICCRE and developed in Platforma’s agreement with the European Commission, presents the SDG indicators at local level, and is the result of the partnership between AICCRE, Fondazione Eni Enrico Mattei (FEEM), Bertelsmann Stiftung and the National Association of German Local Authorities Deutscher Statetag (DST).
The general objective is to strengthen the collaboration between different types of institutions, putting at the service of the community the results of the joint analysis, in the spirit of Goal 17 of Agenda 2030.
One of the strengths of the new portal is that it presents the SDG indicators developed in each of the Italian provincial capital cities and shows at what level each of the 17 SDGs of the UN Agenda 2030 has been developed.
In AICCRE’s intentions, the SDG Portal is a means to: actively involve cities and citizens in the process of strategic definition of the SDGs and in the monitoring of the results achieved; provide local administrators with a tool to monitor the actions undertaken in line with Agenda 2030; create a place for the exchange of good practices among Italian cities and develop partnership actions between central and local governments, the private sector, the research sector and the third sector to achieve common urban objectives.
The SDG Portal will not stop at the Italian and German reality: the portal is already Global Portal SDGs that will soon include the Kingdom of Morocco, but it will be open to all cities in the world to develop decentralized cooperation activities with developing countries with the common goal of building a sustainable world.
The presentation event on October 23rd will be attended, among others, by representatives of the Italian Ministry of Interior and the Kingdom of Morocco, Stefano Bonaccini, President of AICCRE and CEMR, Carla Rey, Secretary General of AICCRE, representatives of UNDP, the European Commission and national associations of local authorities.
